The aim of the course is to provide course participants with the basic knowledge and skills required in maintaining good personal grooming and hygiene standards, proper interactions with customers and provide quality service delivery.

Observe good personal grooming, proper hygiene standards and display positive image
Maintain good interpersonal relationship and proper communication with customers
Practise good service delivery

Entry level or junior workers in the cleaning industry.
Experienced cleaners who require their skills set to be formally recognised.
Individuals without cleaning experience and are looking at entering the industry.

$267.50/- per participant (GST inclusive, before SDF grant, if applicable)

Skills Development Fund (SDF) & Absentee Payroll Grant

Companies applying for funding (only Singaporean and Singapore PR) must submit their training grant and absentee payroll application via SSG’s SkillsConnect system. All applications are subject to SSG’s approval. Companies applying for funding must make payment via Cheque to the Training Provider. NOTE: To be eligible for funding, participants need to be company-sponsored, obtain at least 75% attendance and undergo all assessments.
