Payment Method
Dateline to make payment: 10 working days before commencement of class.  Placement to the course will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment via cash/GIRO/i-banking or cheque.  Please be informed that if payment is not received by the stipulated deadline, the reserved seat will be relinquished to other participants on the waiting list. 
 
GIRO/i-banking Payment
Companies/Individual participants please make payment to OCBC current account 514-715473-001.
 
Paynow Payment
Companies/Individual participants please make payment to our Paynow account UEN: 200702572Z.
 
Cheque Payment
Companies applying for funding must make payment via Cheque to the Training Provider.  All cheques are to be crossed and made payable to “Integrated Training Consultants Pte. Ltd.” and mail to 7 Soon Lee Street iSPACE #03-27 Singapore 627608, Attn: Ms Clarice Chay.  
 
SkillsFuture Credit
Individual participants using SkillsFuture credit to offset their training course fees will have to apply before the commencement of the training course start date. Participants will have to pay the nett fees directly to Integrated Training Consultants Pte Ltd, if in the event SkillsFuture Credit is not applied. Participants will have to pay any remaining sum in Cheque/GIRO/Paynow in the event when there is insufficient balance in your SkillsFuture Credit account. 
 
Re-scheduling of Course
Course rescheduling must be made in writing (e-mail, mail or fax) to the Centre Manager, and the written notice must be submitted at least ten working days prior to course commencement.
Participant is allowed to reschedule only once per module. A rescheduling penalty of S$53.50 (inclusive of GST) shall be imposed if the written notice is received after the minimum ten working days period.
No penalty fee will be imposed if course rescheduling is due to Medical or Compassionate ground. Rescheduled course dates are subjected to availability of seats and must be done within TWO months of the original course start date. Failure to complete within the stipulated time will require participant to pay an administrative fee of $53.50 to rejoin the course.
 
Replacement of Participant
Participant may nominate a replacement by notifying Integrated Training Consultants Pte. Ltd. via email at least 1 day before the commencement of the course.  Full particulars of the replacement participant must be provided in the email.
 
Withdrawal/Refund
Course fees paid to Integrated Training Consultants Pte. Ltd. are refundable subject to the following conditions:
If trainee’s written notice of withdrawal or cancellation is received:
  • 10 or more working days before course commencement date 100%
  • Less than 10 working days but more than 3 working days before course starts 50%
  • 3 working days or less before course starts 0%
  • If the participant fails to show up for the course 0%
Refund will be made within thirty days from the date of approved refund letter issued by Integrated Training Consultants Pte. Ltd.
 
 

Privacy Policy

Integrated Training Consultants Pte Ltd (ITC) is committed to your Data Privacy Rights in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). ITC is dedicated to fully comply with the PDPA in relation to the collection, processing, use and disclosure of “Personal Data” submitted to ITC for training courses, workshops and/or seminars conducted by ITC (whether successfully signed up or otherwise).

Personal Data refers to information such as your name, NRIC, passport or other identification number, mailing address, email address, contact number, or any other information that may be supplied by you or collected about you as required by ITC. It can be collected through registration forms (online/physical copies), mailing list subscriptions, phone interactions, emails, recruitment platforms, and CCTV cameras installed within training premises.

Personal Data will be used for the purposes to:

  • administer the subsidy on course fee where applicable;
  • issue certificate where applicable;
  • contact you with updates on course registration and fee which you have applied for;
  • provide marketing collaterals and details on future training courses, workshops and/or seminars (only when permission is granted); and
  • ensure safety and security within training premises

ITC will take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised disclosure. All Personal Data received by ITC will be kept private and confidential. Your Personal Data will only be shared with vendors/contractors engaged by ITC to perform services that facilitate daily operations. ITC does not trade and rent your Personal Data to any external parties.

Personal Data submitted to ITC should be complete, accurate, true, and correct. Should you be unable to provide the information as required by ITC, the organisation may be unable to meet the purposes for which the information was collected.

ITC reserves the right to change this Policy with or without prior notice at its sole discretion to ensure consistency with organisational developments, industry trends, and/or any changes in legal or regulatory requirements.
